Have been a Leon's customer for over 20 years but since dealing with the poor service (after purchase)by someone calling himself a salesman (Mike Lortie)to waiting for almost 3 months to have a couch delivered I now shop elsewhere. Took extended warranty on appliances - fridge was left leaning against wall and now, after a year is starting to act up. It is not a repair job, but a 2 man balancing job. Can't get any one to call to arrange to do this service! Oh, yes, I see tons of people on regular basis and when asked who I would purchase furniture from, recommend The Brick! Thanks for nothing Leons in Brockville! You don't even have a page to send in complaints! Guess you realize that it would be full all of the time! | | | |
